It is custom made for us of high quality carbide with a high speed bearing and a locking collar. It will cut a maximum depth of 1/2 in. per pass. Bit diameter = 1/2 in. Bit shaft diameter = 1/4 in.

These high quality carbide bits are designed for luthier applications. Available for binding, template cuts, and control cavities. This is a high quality carbide bit designed to cut a 1/16 in. binding channel on the tops and backs of guitars. Bit diameter = 0.55 in. Bit shaft diameter = 1/4 in.

EVERTUNE F&T TEMPLATE Combo Pack. Includes plastic templates and all hardware. Minimum Body thickness for an F&T install is 1 3/4”. Any guitar body thickness less than 1 3/4” will require the foot plate to be installed on top of a custom back plate riser to ensure proper positioning of the modules.
